ACH Draft Payment Program
Ensure that you never miss a payment when you enroll in our ACH Draft payment option. Our fleet billing option will automatically draft your invoice amount in line with your agreed upon payment terms and due dates.
To enroll in the ACH Draft payment option:
- Download and complete this quick form, and be ready to provide a voided check.
- Reach out to your Valvoline Credit Representative at 800-281-5051, or by email to viocfleetbilling@valvoline.com to complete enrollment.

ACH Push Payment Program
Simplify your payment process by enrolling in the ACH Push Payment Program, allowing you to send funds directly to the Valvoline bank account, offering a quicker solution than payment by check.
If you are an existing fleet customer paying your invoice with ACH Push, be sure to provide your fleet account number and the invoice numbers for which you are submitting payment.
To enroll in the ACH Push payment option:

Credit Card Payments Through SNAP Portal:
We do accept credit cards for fleet invoice payments.
If you are an existing fleet customer, be sure to provide your fleet account number and the invoice numbers for which you are submitting payment.
- If you already have a SNAP account set up, submit your payment at this link.
- If you have not been set up with a SNAP account, contact your Valvoline Credit Representative at 800-281-5051 to pay by credit card, or by email at viocfleetbilling@valvoline.com.
Payment by Check:
Fleet accounts also have the option to submit invoice payments by check.
If you are an existing fleet customer paying by check, be sure to provide your fleet account number and the invoice numbers for which you are submitting payment.
To submit your invoice payment via check, please be sure to remit to the address shown in the "Remit To" box at the bottom of your invoice.
*Please be aware that check payments cannot be submitted at your store location, and must be remitted to the address on the invoice.
Pay-At-Time-Of-Service (PATS) Accounts:
Fleets have the option to sign up for a PATS account, receiving exclusive fleet benefits, but allowing payment to be left to the drivers at the time of service in-store.
